All prices are in GB Pounds / US Dollars.
Prices are fully inclusive of all Florida taxes. For stays of less than 5 nights a £26/$40 cleaning fee will be added.
A deposit of £125 ($200) is required at time of booking together with a completed booking form. The deposit is non-refundable and the full rental fee is to be paid eight weeks prior to departure. For bookings within eight weeks of the departure date the full rental fee and security deposit must be paid together.
Upon receipt of the full rental fee, the deposit monies paid will convert into a security deposit that will be refunded upon return of the house keys and management inventory checks.
Once your booking form, security deposit and rental fees are received, you will be sent directions to Emerald Island Resort, the security gate codes and the lock box code for the house keys.
Payment
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. If you wish to pay by PayPal you will be sent a Payment Request email when your booking is confirmed which will enable you to pay using your PayPal account safely and securely.
PAY PAL
Payment can also be accepted by personal cheque (GBP or USD) made payable to Miss K Tiplady. If sending payment from overseas, please allow sufficient time for delivery. For rental dates commencing within 6 weeks from your enquiry, personal cheques cannot be accepted from overseas renters.
